The Pennsylvania Guild of Professional Chimney Sweeps annually holds a charity workshop to serve a two-fold purpose...performing community service by helping non-profit groups get chimney and venting related repairs they need, while further training our own guild members on becoming more effective and professional chimney sweeps.

The Annual Charity Workshop is held at different locations around the state, and involves updating existing deficient, many times unsafe, systems, installing new systems altogether, and performing repairs/improvements to related aspects of the chimney systems.

Many suppliers around the country generously donate materials and technical instructions for installing their products, and the membership of the PA Guild of Professional Chimney Sweeps, donates the labor necessary to complete the tasks.

Some projects performed in the past include replacement of unsafe/outdated woodstoves, installation of insulated stainless steel liner systems for woodstoves, fireplaces, oil & gas furnaces, interior & exterior masonry repairs, and much, much, more.
